30-Day Return Requests
You may request a return within 30 days after delivery by emailing service@avrelu.com. Include your order number, the item concerned, and the reason for your request.
Change-of-Mind Returns
For voluntary change-of-mind returns, garments must be unworn except for a careful indoor fit check, unwashed, unaltered, and in their original condition, with tags, packaging, and supplied accessories.
Try close-fitting garments over clean undergarments. Keep items free from makeup, deodorant marks, fragrance, pet hair, and other signs of use.
A brief, gentle fit check is permitted. Wearing a garment for practice, rehearsal, performance, or extended activity is considered use.
These conditions do not restrict mandatory rights concerning defective or misdescribed goods.
Return Instructions
Contact us before sending an item back. We will review your request and provide the applicable return address and packing instructions.
Our published business address is not an authorized return address unless we specifically confirm it for your return.
Protect fringe, mesh, trims, and fasteners during packing. Keep your shipping receipt and tracking details.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping for change-of-mind returns, including an unsuitable size selected where the product information was accurate.
If an item is defective, damaged on arrival, incomplete, or incorrect, we will arrange an appropriate resolution and cover necessary return shipping where a return is required.
Original delivery charges are not refunded for voluntary change-of-mind returns unless required by applicable law.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Contact us promptly with your order number and photos of the garment, label, affected area, and packaging where possible.
Contact us before washing, repairing, or altering the item. Restrictions on voluntary returns of used items do not exclude remedies for an underlying defect.
Store credit will not replace a refund you are entitled to receive without your agreement.
Size Exchanges
Contact us if you would prefer another size. Availability and exchange arrangements must be confirmed before returning the original item.
Refunds
After an approved return is received and assessed, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.
The time for funds to appear depends on your bank or payment provider. Contact us with your order number if you need help tracing an expected refund.
Consumer Rights
Nothing in this policy limits mandatory consumer rights or remedies available under applicable law.
