Product and Sizing Questions
Include the product name or link and the size you are considering. For fit questions, provide relevant measurements such as bust, waist, hips, torso girth, or inseam, together with the units used.
Tell us which listed measurement or feature needs clarification. You do not need to send photographs of your body to receive sizing assistance.
Order and Delivery Support
Include your order number, the email address used at checkout, and a brief description of the issue. Include tracking details where relevant.
Changes and Cancellations
Email us promptly if you need to correct an address, change a size or item, or cancel an order. We will check whether the request can be accommodated based on its processing status.
A change or cancellation is only confirmed once our support team acknowledges it. Changes may no longer be possible after dispatch.
Returns and Product Issues
Review our Returns & Refunds Policy and contact us before sending an item back. Include your order number, the item concerned, and the reason for your request.
If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, include clear photos of the garment, label, affected area, and packaging where possible. Contact us before washing, repairing, or altering it.
