Secure checkout

Orders are paid through Shopify’s encrypted checkout using the payment methods available for the customer’s location. Avrelu does not receive or store the complete payment-card number.

Authorization and review

A bank may place a temporary authorization hold when an order is submitted. Address checks, payment review or fraud-prevention controls can occasionally delay acceptance. We will never request a complete card number, password or security code by email.

Currency, taxes and charges

Prices are shown in the storefront currency displayed at checkout. Applicable taxes, delivery charges and valid discounts are calculated before payment confirmation. A card issuer may apply its own foreign-exchange or cross-border fee.

Payment problems

If payment is declined, verify the billing address and contact the payment provider before retrying. Check for an order-confirmation email before submitting again to avoid duplicates. For billing questions, email service@avrelu.com with the order number, never full card details.
